Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

Currently our products can be delivered to the following countries (“Shipping Destinations”):

Our bags are delivered within 4 weeks from the date your payment is received. The delivery of an order is subject to the availability of materials and we reserve the right to amend the delivery time as necessary.

When your order items have been dispatched, we will e-mail you to confirm shipment of each item including a tracking number for each item.

Importer Of Record

If you order is confirmed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and notwithstanding that the delivery of the relevant products to your nominated address will be arranged by us, you will be considered the importer of record in respect of those products.

Taxes, Duties & Shipping Charges

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all relevant import duties / customs taxes and local sales taxes (“Taxes”) (where applicable). Taxes are calculated on the total products value (where applicable). 

Taxes may vary depending on Shipping Destination. To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes are applied whilst browsing our site, we recommend that you use the link at the top left of our website and select your country from the list of our Shipping Destinations.

A product price may change when you select your Shipping Destination.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders OF 5 ITEMS UP.

Before we dispatch your order to you, we may need to verify your billing and shipping address.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it, please ensure there will be someone available to sign for your parcel.
